- All rooms fitted with:
- 24 Hour emergency nurse call system

- 5 kg washing - once per week (Dry-clean & ironing excluded)
- Cleaning of unit once per week
- Removing of rubbish daily

- Assisting with showers and getting dressed

- SABC/DSTV points (Does not include decoder)
- Water, electricity and municipal services
- Insurance of the building
